Most people think of Self Defense as a kick to the groin or jab in the eyes of an attacker but actually the meaning of Self Defense is to avoid getting into such situations and doing everything possible to avoid fighting someone who threatens or attacks you. Self-defense is all about using your head and not just your fists.

A Cube Self Defense System.

The self defense system is developed after years of research & development and integrating various traditional and scientific martial art techniques like Savate, Mala, Shoot Boxing, Jujutsu, Muay Thai, Pankration, Unifi etc.

The training has no or very minimal requirements. It does not matter whether you have any previous experience or not. There are no uniforms, traditional rituals, foreign terminology, or formalities to it. The training involves practical and simple life saving skill techniques which require minimal commitment.

A Cube Self Defense SystemTM consist of the following:

Unarmed Combat
Non Fire Weapons
Basic Fire Arms training with the assistance of Govt units is recommended

We offer Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Teacher and Master certification.

Ways to learn:

Workshops - Workshops on 'self defense' are held in order to prepare individuals against attacks on streets, vehicle or even in the confines of their homes. Such workshops train you how to deal with a nuisance, protecting yourself from and coping with an attacker.

Special Programs - Special programs options are available for corporate, schools, colleges, community centers, and other organizations. Self defense programs are specially designed to tackle a variety of different situations. Most of these are offered in schools or colleges as an after-school activity, or during class-time as a special curriculum component to physical education.

Personal Trainers – We have qualified instructors who give personal attention by coming to you and by adapting a program to meet your needs. They train you in aspects such as how to avoid an attack, or in the situation where you are attacked, how to fight back etc.

Martial Arts Training Studio – We conduct regular self defense classes which includes stretching, conditioning and practicing effective self defense techniques that will increase confidence, reduce stress, improve fitness and teach you a very practical system of self defense and protection. Such skills not only improve both body and mind but it will also empower you with a life-saving skill.
